The documents are mostly from the Department of Justice and the FBI. -------------------- Photocopy of a declassified typed letter, dated December 26, 1941, petitioning for the release of Dr. Kei Koyama, noting that "he is honest and upright, of good character and loyal to this country." The petition asks for leniency on his behalf and that he be released to his wife and three children. 2016.25.5 appears to be a photocopy of the signers of this petition. |
