M. Bryan, Brigadier General, Director, Aliens Division. Brigadier General Bryan writes that the Provost Marshal General has directed that the enclosed letters and certificates from Keizaburo Koyama at Camp Livingston Internment Camp be forwarded to the Director of the Alien Enemy Control Unit. |
